How to Submit Useful Feedback
We review every single submission. But vague complaints ("Blue was terrible") go straight in the trash. Give us specific data so we can actually train or remove umpires. Don't just complain about a call. Fix the problem.
The Strike Zone
Don't just say "inconsistent." Tell us where they missed. Ex: "Consistently called the low and away pitch a strike."
Game Management
Did the game start on time? Did they keep the pace moving? Did they handle heated moments professionally?
Protect the Game
This form is your direct line to the League President. Use this to report incidents that compromise the integrity or safety of the WBL. We have your back, but we need the documentation.
Abuse
Any coach or fan who crosses the line. We need names and specifics to issue suspensions.
Hazards
Unsafe mounds, broken fences, or dangerous playing surfaces. We will alert the city.
Praise
Tell us about the teams that "get it." We want to reward good sportsmanship.
