GameChanger invites

Accessing your team's account

• Individual team accounts: every team has its own pre-assigned GameChanger account for the tournament.
• Login: find your team's email under Team logins above, then use the shared password.
• Admins and scorekeepers: after your first login you can add coaches or parents as Admins or Scorekeepers.
• CRITICAL: do NOT delete any existing admin users, especially any named "Wasatch Baseball". That access is required for league administration.

Scorekeeping responsibilities

• Rosters: enter all player names and jersey numbers BEFORE your first game.
• Official score: the HOME team keeps the official score in their GameChanger account.
• Best practice: both teams should score simultaneously in their own accounts. The home team's GameChanger is the official record if discrepancies arise.

Setting home and away after the coin flip

A pre-game coin flip decides home and away. The scorekeeper for the team that wins the flip to be HOME must make sure GameChanger reflects it before any plays are scored:

1. Open the scheduled game in your team's account.
2. If your team is NOT listed as Home but won the flip, open the Menu on the scorekeeping screen and choose "Swap Sides" (or "Switch Home/Away"), then confirm.
3. Verify your team now shows as HOME before the first pitch.

Warning: swapping sides AFTER plays are scored can reset the game and lose all scoring data. Get it right before the first play. If "Swap Sides" is unavailable, alert a WBL Tournament Official before scoring.
