WBL All Star Tournament

This tournament celebrates the individual talent that shines across all our leagues and age groups. Selected All-Stars will form teams to compete in a showcase of skill, sportsmanship, and the future of WBL baseball.

  • Who Qualifies: Selected All-Star players from each age group within the six WBL leagues
  • Format: 3 pool play games followed by a single elimination championship bracket
  • When: June 17-22
  • What's at Stake: The pride of representing your league and age group, and the opportunity to play alongside the best of the best

Home & Away Determination

Pool Play: Home and away will be determined by a coin flip before the game at the plate meeting.
NOTE: Make sure that you update the home & away teams in GameChanger after the coin flip.

Bracket Play:
Home and away will be determined by seeding. Higher seed is always home.

Standings Tie Breaker

Standings tie breakers are as follows:

  1. Winning Percentage
  2. Head to Head Record
  3. Run Differential (7 run max/min per game)
  4. Runs Allowed
  5. Runs Scored

Bracket Tie Breaker Rule

During bracket play if a game is still tied at the end of regulation (time or innings limit) we will go into extra innings as follows:

  • First Extra Inning: Inning will be played with the last batted out starting at 2nd base and one (1) out
  • Second and Subsequent Extra Innings: Inning will be played with the last two batted outs starting at 2nd and 3rd base and one (1) out 

NOTE: Pool play games can end in a tie.
