Reporting Game Scores & Pitch Counts
Reporting Game Scores & Pitch Counts
Coaches and Team Admins, timely and accurate reporting of game results is vital for league standings and ensuring player safety through pitch count monitoring. Please follow the instructions below for reporting after each game.
- Pitch Count Reporting: BOTH the Home Team AND the Away Team are responsible for logging in and reporting their OWN team's pitch counts within 24 hours of the game's conclusion using the method outlined below.
- Score Reporting: The FIRST TEAM (either Home or Away) to log in and submit their pitch counts MUST ALSO report the final game score during that same submission process. The system requires the score to be entered when the first set of pitch counts is submitted.
All reporting is done via the WBL website (www.wasatchbaseball.com) by anyone set up as a team admin for your team.
Step-by-Step Instructions for Reporting Scores & Pitch Counts:
Both Home and Away teams must follow these steps to submit their pitch counts. The first team to do so will also enter the score.
- Go to www.wasatchbaseball.com
- Click Login in the main menu.
- Log in using the same account you used for registration.
- Click on the "Teams" tile.
- Select your specific team from the list.
- Scroll through your schedule to find the completed game.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner of that game's tile.
- Enter Score (If Fields Are Empty): If the score fields are blank when you access the game reporting screen, your team is the first to submit. You MUST enter the final score for both teams in the designated fields before proceeding. If the score has already been entered by the opposing team, you do not need to enter it again.
- Enter YOUR Team's Pitch Counts: Select each player who pitched for YOUR TEAM and accurately enter their pitch count. (Do NOT enter pitch counts for the opposing team).
- Umpire Feedback (Optional): You can provide any constructive umpire feedback in the space provided. This is optional but helpful for the league. This step might be grayed out, we are actively working to get this opened back up.
- Click Save.
Important Reminders:
- First Team to Submit: You are required to enter BOTH the final score AND your team's pitch counts.
- Second Team to Submit: You are only required to enter your team's pitch counts (the score should already be populated by the first team).
- Both teams must complete their respective submissions within 24 hours of the game ending. Failure to report pitch counts promptly can affect player eligibility and league standings.
